About us
Schwarze Bulle (schwarzebulle.com) is operated by GETMAKSOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13567768, VAT No. 425474296), registered office 8 Manser Road, Rainham, RM13 8NL, United Kingdom. These terms apply whenever you order from us.
Products
We manufacture most of the tractor and farm machinery parts we sell, alongside genuine OEM-sourced parts where listed as such. Manufactured parts are aftermarket replacements, not produced by the original equipment manufacturer, and may differ from genuine parts in fit, finish, or packaging even where cross-referenced against an OEM part number. Product images and descriptions are for identification and are as accurate as we can make them, but the part you receive may vary slightly from the image shown.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in GBP exclusive of VAT. VAT (and, for orders outside the UK, any applicable local tax we're registered to collect) is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders of 6–10 units of a single part receive a 5% discount and 11 or more receive a 10% discount, applied automatically per line item. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe; your order is only confirmed once payment succeeds. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from the UK. We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. For orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country — we don't collect or estimate these on your behalf.
Your right to cancel
If you're a consumer ordering online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods to cancel your order for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us using the details below. You'll need to return the goods at your own cost in their original condition, unless we sent you the wrong or a faulty item, and we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a part arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Liability
Parts are sold for fitting and use by a competent person; we're not responsible for losses caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or use of a part on unsuitable machinery. Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, which we can't limit by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
