Who we are
Schwarze Bulle (schwarzebulle.com) is operated by GETMAKSOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13567768, VAT No. 425474296), registered office 8 Manser Road, Rainham, RM13 8NL, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
Browsing. We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage, not sent to us until you check out — see our Cookie Policy for detail. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts' CDN, which may log your IP address as part of serving that request.
Checkout. When you place an order, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if given), and payment details directly. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
Enquiries. If you email or WhatsApp us, we hold whatever you send us — typically your name, contact details, and message — to respond to you.
How we use it
To process and dispatch your order, generate shipping and customs paperwork, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal and tax obligations (including UK VAT record-keeping).
Who we share it with
Stripe processes your payment and, for orders where VAT is calculated automatically, your delivery address — see Stripe's privacy policy. Couriers and postal carriers receive your name and delivery address to deliver your order, and, for international shipments, this may be shared with customs authorities as part of clearance. Supabase hosts our product catalog database and does not receive customer personal data. We share data with HMRC or other authorities only where we're legally required to.
International transfers
Stripe may process payment data outside the UK under its own safeguards. If you order from outside the UK, or have goods shipped internationally, your name and address are necessarily shared with couriers and customs authorities in the destination country.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for at least six years to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Cart contents live only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us until checkout.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, object to how we use it, or request a portable copy. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
